MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE
We would be happy to upgrade your pass to a monthly membership at any time. Just contact us here to make arrangements. We will apply the cost of any unused classes toward the membership or your choice. You will need to provide us with payment information for the automatic payments associated with the monthly renewal.
MEMBERS WITH ADDITIONAL CLASS PASSES
We welcome our members to add on a 10 class or 1 class pass to their membership if you would like to attend additional classes. Note that if you have more than one membership/pass on your account, the membership/pass with the closest expiration date will be drained first.
CLASS CANCELATIONS
If we have to cancel a class you RSVP’ed for, and you aren’t able to attend another class before your pass expires, you may request the class(es) gets carried over to yourself or a friend to be used in the 30 days after your original pass expiration date. Please contact us here to make these arrangements.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Class schedules are subject to change without notice, although we do try to give as much notice as possible. Please check our website for changes, additions and/or cancelations.

REFUNDS + TRANSFERS
Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Passes listed for 1 child may not be transfered to or used by a sibling or another child in the same family. However, we do offer a variety of family passes perfect for families with 2+ children.

- Weather: we typically base our weather cancelation decisions on the school closures in the area. Keep in mind that some of our instructors live outside the areas they teach in, so a Grand Rapids class may be canceled due to not-so-great weather conditions on the Lakeshore if that's where the instructor resides (or vice versa).
- Illness: how many times a week does a toddler LITERALLY sneeze in your mouth??? Well...when you teach classes to young children, that number rises exponentially….and with it, the rate of infection! Sometimes our instructors have to cancel due to illness, or because their children are sick (we’re moms first!).
- An Extra Small Class: if a class has less than 3 people RSVP’ed for it, we typically try to combine the class with another or cancel it. We hate to do it, but sometimes it’s necessary!
